Lee Patterson

Lee Patterson, a native of Iowa, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1986. Lee has extensive nursing experience, including seven years as an operating room nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital in San Antonio, where her primary role was Clinical Nurse Coordinator of Hand Surgery. She now has over sixteen years of experience in litigation and has become very knowledgeable in her understanding of how medical issues must be developed in the legal process and presented at trial. Lee has also addressed nursing issues at risk management seminars and has been named among Who's Who in the Registry of Executives and Professionals. Blessed with a unique ability to relate to nurses who may be witnesses, she has been the firm’s secret of success in many cases.

Lynn Laursen

Lynn Laursen graduated from Allen Memorial Hospital Lutheran School of Nursing in Waterloo, Iowa with a Diploma in Nursing in 1978. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1995, graduating magna cum laude, and was subsequently inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for Nurses. She spent the majority of her twenty-three years of active nursing practice in critical care and was in nursing management from 1992-1999 in the Methodist Healthcare System. Her diverse background also includes three years working in research in the field of diabetes. Lynn’s knowledge and experience has quickly translated into an uncommon resource to assist in the analysis, development and effective handling of cases.
